The recipes look good, easy to make but I wont make any of them without the nutrition facts. Always been curious about Chinese porcelain, but after having seen this book on Amazon and reading about the collection of Sir Percival David it makes a difference learning about how this man learned, studies and had a great eye for Chinese porcelain, indeed it takes one years to develop a certain eye of knowing the real thing from the fake, it took years of study I am sure but it is also true that the man must have had an eye for the BEST of the BEST..
