What I also received, completely unexpectedly, is a very poor quality product. I enjoy Redfern's writing! This is a well written book with much information. She has a heavy science background and more than enough research to back her position. Thoroughly recommended.. The Santa Barbara property slays in this book, and I loved how the weather in the San Juan Island property reflected a typical Pacific Northwest mood. In that my career while on the San Antonio Police Department and afterwards, many times crossed paths with Billy's, his story brought back some great memories both on the department and during our time in the mountains. O'Neil includes many historical charts that clearly show his patterns. Billy eventually finds his way into the newly formed air wing of the San Antonio Police Department where he takes to the skies in the department’s two piston powered Hughes 269 (Schweizer 300) helicopters as they search for bodies, chase stolen cars, and occasionally interrupt young
