A noted symbologist, like Robert Langdon, is called in to consult on the scene, and you think for a moment that this will be just like a Dan Brown thriller and maybe even better. I came to really like the characters and feel that they had personalities. The symbologist professor tries to help Jack and the rescued girl and does succeed. Males are expected to achieve and having achieved they do not even think about being anywhere else, at least not in comparable numbers.
Professor Pinker is a respected columnist. :). I just wish the publishers had required more of the good stuff to be included within the covers.. So, at least it will do some good.. I have purchased several other books but they pale in comparison with the insight I garner from reading this book. I was hoping for more of a study material not just questions and answer. His views of his app's clients was awful! I loved that he got a rude awakening and the big, bad boss unexpectedly fell in love! Such sweetness!!
