Everything you need to know is discussed and available for you to make the informed decisions you'll be expected to make. As well, Pinker's case studies of women focus substantially on gifted women with husbands, advanced degrees and high salaries who have reduced their work commitments to enhance work-family balance. Having read a preview copy of the book via the author, I see Shattered Image as being enormously valuable on two distinct levels.
